I had been looking for a backlit keyboard for about a year, and most of the ones I found were more than I wanted to pay for a keyboard. I found this keyboard for about $60 at Fry’s, so I bought it. It’s a great keyboard; comfortable to type on (but difficult for me to get used to after using Apple’s slim keyboards for a couple years). The lights aren’t blinding, but they’re bright enough to see what you’re typing in the dark. Here are some pictures of the features of the keyboard:

I recommend this keyboard, but find a place to try it before you purchase it because what’s comfortable for me to type on might not be comfortable for you.
