Apple released the 10.6.5 update today. As usual, if you have a vanilla system, go ahead and update but replace SleepEnabler with the 10.6.5 version. Just thought I would let you all know that I successfully updated the hackintosh to 10.6.3 without much trouble. I was getting a kernel panic at first, but it had something to do with SleepEnabler.kext. Be sure to remove that before you update and you should be good to go.
